Almost 15 years have come to pass since I moved to my home at Sundown. And time has come for me to move yet again. I’ve seen a lot of people come and go and have met a lot of different kind of folk from changing management to new neighbors. The property is likely glad to see me go as my lot is probably the biggest eyesore on Oro Dam Blvd. But I digress.
I could say a lot more about Sundown but I’ll leave it at this. When all is said and done I felt safe here. I have friends in Oroville who cannot say as much. I’ve never had a problem with my neighbors. And never had such a problem with management that couldn’t be discussed and rationally solved. I am going to miss living here.

This is a lovely park! I drove my friend home from a social gathering we both attended and I was impressed with how close it was to town, and Live Vine Winery. I didn’t know they also have RV spaces for those visiting the area or long term RV spaces for rent.
I have lived here for over two years. The management is fantastic and always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate any issues and they always do it in a kind manner. The park and surrounding areas are always clean and people are friendly, but the best thing is I feel like the managers really care.
Mature park with lots of shade trees. I found it to be quiet when visiting there. I stopped by to speak with the park manager, Deisy about an RV space and she also showed me a new mobile home for sale. I didn’t think I could afford a new home but she explained their company also does financing for new home purchases. Things are looking up from a RV to a mobile home. Fingers crossed!
Clean and quiet
Place was clean and quiet, the management helpful and friendly.
This is a great place to call home, since the new manager Liz arrived. I can tell she really cares about the residents and keeping the park clean and safe.

Absolutely beautiful community and the manager I think her name was Liz? She was absolutely wonderful. Showed us around and makes you feel at home.
I love this mobile home community. Lots of shade trees, beautiful lawn area and spacious home sites.
Great community with a strong outlook for the future! Wonderful down to earth people reside here and the park is cleaning up really nice.
