I drive by this mobile community regularly and decided to stop by and see if they had some RV's for rent. The manager April was professional and kind, and took her time to help me. She explained that they don't rent out RV's, but gave me some options to find ones for sale. She did have one duplex for rent, that she was able to show me. Overall the property and rental were very clean and well kept. I won't be needing a rental that big, but will be looking to buy a trailer in the future to move to Sundown RV Park.

I’ve lived at Sundown Mobile Home Park for about 2 1/2 years and it’s definitely cleaner now than when I moved here. The maintenance man Marcus has done an amazing job keeping things tidy and trees trimmed. I’ve seen him stop what he’s doing to help an elderly lady take her trash to the dumpster. He’s friendly to everyone and always has a smile on his face. He definitely takes pride in his work. So far he’s the best maintenance man that’s been at Sundown Park since I’ve lived here.

Five stars across the board for the team and park itself at Sundown Estates. Management cares about the well being of its residents, and is on top of keeping the area clean and organized. Tracy, Apryl & everybody involved with this park has gone above and beyond for my wife and I; Really made our experience in purchasing a home, and living here, a great one.

I've been living here since Jan 5, I wanted to say buth the manager Apryl and the maintenance guy Marcus are awesome people. They are both extremely polite and friendly, and very helpful. Its awesome to know good people are taking care of this park now. I have lived here in the past and between then and now, things have gotten way better. 5 stars wish I could do 10 for both Marcus and Apryl.

Came with my grandma to tour homes. The park looked so much better than I remember. The staff was very sweet. The manager was a huge help to me and my grandma, even helped her when she stumbled. Over all very pleasant experience. Im very excited about the new dog park going in!

I would like to say I am very happy with Sundown, I've lived here for a couple years. Apryl the manager is the best. Opposite of other managers for sure. Any problems whatsoever, she gets right on it. She solves it immediately. She's very friendly, and kind-hearted. She makes my life living here a little bit better. My son is going to start school in Oroville and while looking for places for him to stay came across Sundown Estates. I came into contact with Apryl and she has been amazing from the start!! Great place, my son was temporarily living there while he went to school at NLC which is really close by. Apryl was very helpful and made me feel comfortable knowing that my son was safe. 5 stars across the board for the team at Sundown Estates. Roberto, Apryl and Anne bring nothing but smiles and professionalism when it comes to purchasing a home within this park. They made our home purchase quick, simple and truly enjoyable for the entirety of the process. Truly recommend looking within this park. The new management has done wonders for it, and are improving features & adding amenities on a constant basis. I am renting a home in Sundown Estates!! I moved in at the beginning of February.  It is now May and the new park manager Apryl and maintenance guy Luis are amazing!! The park did not look the best when I moved in. Apryl and Luis have done a great job at getting the park cleaned up and things fixed. My family and I recently purchased homes in this park, and we experienced a seamless purchasing process. The new management team was great to work with.  Apryl one of the  many of the companies managers, demonstrated fairness and understanding with our situation. The entire management team  at "Sundown Estates" was the most exceptional & professional team I have ever had the pleasure of working with.  I/we would highly recommend this Park.  Thank you Apryl and Robert. .. Update  manager Apryl takes pride in her job. on the very first day we met. she was actually out cleaning the park picking up garbage.  The next time we met she was doing some work.  Painting to make the office more presentable to the public. It's rare nowadays to see some one take pride in their job . Excelente atención brindada por el señor Roberto Rojas, me mostró en total 6 propiedades en dos parques de casas que se ajustaron a mi presupuesto. Estoy muy alegre porque pude escoger e iniciar la compra de una de estas propiedades. El señor Roberto y sus secretarias me brindaron la asesoría necesaria para mi posible compra y realizar mi sueño de tener casita. Anímese usted también. Almost 15 years have come to pass since I moved to my home at Sundown. And time has come for me to move yet again. I've seen a lot of people come and go and have met a lot of different kind of folk from changing management to new neighbors. The property is likely glad to see me go as my lot is probably the biggest eyesore on Oro Dam Blvd. But I digress. I could say a lot more about Sundown but I'll leave it at this. When all is said and done I felt safe here. I have friends in Oroville who cannot say as much. I've never had a problem with my neighbors. And never had such a problem with management that couldn't be discussed and rationally solved. I am going to miss living here.
